H2Whoa is a band in Splatoon 3, added in Drizzle Season 2023. They have two songs, Ripstop & Go and Aquasonic.

This band is a newly formed duo from Inkopolis, with a rapidly growing attention from the Splatlandian youth.[2] It is described as a topical band with pretentious visuals and lyrics that the youth think is somewhat annoying, yet part of their charm.[3]

Quotes

Even though they haven't been together long, this duo from Greater Inkopolis is already making a big splash. Vocals and synths weave together into a crystal-clear torrent of sound that'll get your blood pumping. The unit's pretentious look sticks out like a sore tentacle in the Splatlands—but young people are eating it up.

H2Whoa started getting attention after a radio station in Splatsville put their music into the daily rotation. It was like an Inkopolitan retort to the wild "Splatlands sound" folks were used to, and young local fans of loud rock woke up and took notice. Maybe what's in and what's out are just two sides of the same coin...
