The assigned ink colors for these characters are based on the colors they were assigned to according to the Splatoon 3 character watches[1]

For AnemoneNo1, their assigned ink color is based on how they looked in the cover art for The Art of Splatoon 3 and Splatoon Turf Quiz

kAy0Ss is only assigned to red as the turquoise I'm using for AnemoneNo1 is from the Turquoise vs. Red set

I might swap AnemoneNo1 and kAy0Ss's colors cause red Anemone makes more sense to me

VeronIKA and YARRwhal both have the fifth skin tone in Splatoon 3, while TakoTruck has the sixth skin tone in Splatoon 3.
