These user boxes are to show what a user's rank is.
There are two parameters:
rank— For what rank the user is. Can be "S", "S+", or "X"game— For what game the user is ranked in.

If the rank is not known, or the user just wishes to state that they play ranked without specifying their level, setting rank=rank (or just using the userbox with no parameters) will summon this default:
