It's very rare you get somebody who is as talented, well-spoken, and well-learning as someone like Driftin Soul. From being a very active contributor when it comes to edits, changes, images, and expansions, particularly during Splatfest season, to her exemplary discussions with both staff and editors alike, I am confident that further rights will only benefit Driftin Soul further.

She is already performing a lot of tasks that management already somewhat does, such as page naming (mainspace drafts to user space; file renaming; capitalization accuracy in terms) and accuracy (large-scale restructuring to make things easier to read; scrutinizing translations and their origins for accuracy). Furthermore, she is one of the better if not best members when it comes to walking through help, talk page discussions, or user warnings across the site. When it comes to new situations, content, or capabilities, Driftin Soul is able to quickly digest how something works, ask questions for more information, and swiftly turn around and implement the new changes/knowledge like it had already been known about forever. This, on top of being active, positive, and just a swell person to talk to cements my belief that Driftin Soul would make an excellent addition to the administration team.

I think a lot of people would be surprised to learn that she isn't one already.
