The Inkling of the Month award was Inkipedia's way of thanking users for their hard work and contributions. At the beginning of each month, a new nomination period opened, where community members could suggest users they thought were deserving of the title. Winners were featured on the [[Main Page]] for one month. The system was put on hiatus in 2017 and formally ended in 2024.
