At some point in Splatoon 2 their nerfed it by making the points needed for special from 170 to 180. I don't know which patch it was so if anyone knows please enter it in the updates section. Consider that the weapon came out on September 23rd and I remember this being changed before 2.0.0 so it had to be somewhere between 1.4.0 to 1.4.2 RBP fan (talk) 06:39, 14 December 2017 (UTC)
