Double-checking "unused files" (s: Trig Jegman's clean-up project)

Files which seem to be dupes, either complete or partial:

• File:S3 Salmon Run Match Start.mp3 -> dupe of File:Match_Start_(Salmon_Run_Next_Wave).mp3
• File:S3 Salmon Run Chaos Carnival Sample.mp3 -> dupe of File:Chaos_Carnival.mp3
• File:Octo Valley.mp3 -> non-Splatune dupe of File:Octo Valley (Splatune).oga?
• File:Wave Goodbye - Squid Sisters.mp3 -> dupe of File:WaveGoodbye.mp3
• File:S3 Salmon Run Happy Little Workers Sample.mp3 -> dupe of File:Grizzco_Industries.mp3

And dupe of a dupe?:

• File:Ever Further.wav -> alt version of File:Ever_Further_(Next_Wave).mp3?
• File:S3 Salmon Run Even Further Sample.mp3 -> same as File:Ever Further.wav, but with typo?

Files I did not find on Music:

• File:Special Wave Clear.mp3
• File:Boss Introduction Splatoon 2 Music.mp3

Others:

• File:Ebb Flow Octo SiIvaGunner King for Another Day.mp3 -> unused user file. Deletion?
• File:S3 OLED Splattack.mp3 -> audio rip of a trailer, not actual music. Unsure what to do with it
• File:Splat3 96 Gal Demonstration.mp4 -> has to be put on the .96 Gal page, I guess NEOSUIKA (talk) 00:09, 31 October 2022 (UTC)

As a note, wav files are absolutely not fair use. If there are existing mp3s that can be used instead, those should absolutely be prioritized. Trig - 01:22, 31 October 2022 (UTC)

Sourcing

Heya. Did you capture all the close-ups like File:Eyes_cropped_color_1.png yourself or did you take them from somewhere else? Trig - 20:03, 2 February 2023 (UTC)

They were originally Splatunie's files, but they were submitted as replacements for the eye options' screenshots (example: ). I simply saved them and reuploaded them to replace the actual eye screenshots. NEOSUIKA (talk) 15:38, 3 February 2023 (UTC)

Renaming files and deleting redirects

Hi Anemoia, I noticed you were renaming a lot of files and requesting the redirects created to be deleted. Remember to change the name of the file in all pages containing that file before having the redirect deleted. Thanks! EminenceTalk 20:45, 5 June 2023 (UTC)
