A template for floating the table of contents to the left of text. It is necessary to use {{clr}} after the text to maintain an attractive layout for all screen sizes.
Typical usage should look like this:
Article's first sentence or paragraph.

The text you want to appear to the right of the TOC.

The rest of the article.
