Whattup?

I'm ShnowyFox, but you can call me whatever you feel like calling me! I played Splatoon back when it came out and am recently getting into Splatoon 2. I'm an offline player thus far but I am planning to at least get a few battles under my belt before they release Splatoon 3 and inevitably shut down the Splatoon 2 servers. What do I plan to do for this wiki? Well, I dunno tbh! I hope I can contribute to expanding the knowledge regarding of the various living things in the world of Splatoon since I seem to gravitate towards learning about the way organic things work. I'm really not much of a combat player in any game though as the allure to these games comes from the world they're set in rather than the game for me. When it comes to Splatoon I don't find myself pondering which weapon I should use with what gear for a certain map and game mode, but rather, I think about "What are the adult squids doing? Are they allowed to play turf wars? Or do they have a separate league from the ones that we squid kids play in?" and "Do squid teeth just float around when Inklings go into more liquid-like forms? The teeth just separate from each other when you go through a gate and come back when you've reformed?". I plan on creating theories and headcanons, I don't know if I should put them on my userpage or find a forum to share them but I hope you enjoy lore because that's basically the whole reason I'm here.

Currently Working On..

• Deltarune AU where it takes place in Splatoon instead. (Personal project)
• Theorizing about food, the culture behind each edible thing, how the various species evolved to eat certain foods, where the food came from, what Octarians and deep sea denizens eat, and how these guys avoid eating each other. (Theory)
• How the flood would realistically have effected our planet. (Theory/what if)
• Splatoon OC and maybe some story surrounding headcanons on the life of the average non-Inkling/Octoling citizen of Inkopolis (Personal project/headcanon)
• Adding descriptions to file pages to describe the file, primarily images, so that users with visibility issues can read the description to get a better understanding or that they can have a screen reader read the descriptions to them. Also adding alt text to files on wiki pages so that they can be read to users with screen readers. (Unofficial wiki project.)
