What I can say from experience is that when I'm new on a wiki and want to be consistent with existing content, I just look at the existing content to see what it does. If it's done illegally (datamining) then Inkipedia might be accused of hacking. This is what the policy is aiming to protect: obviously we want to keep the wiki in good standing. That said, if we can write about the leaks by only using external references so as to not be portrayed as the people who did the leaking/hacking, then I can't see anything wrong with that. On every other wiki I checked they had their category buttons redirect to category pages (Nookipedia, FE Wiki, Golden Sun Wiki, etc). | :Agreed. It's a bit dumb when you go to the gallery to see more images, only to see repeats of what came before. I think we can look at this from an objective standpoint: there are users that read the content (even if they just skim through), and in doing so, check the images in the page. I do this a lot on Wikipedia when I can't be bothered to read the whole thing. Then there are users that are there for the images, and jump straight to the gallery. Obviously, having repeats in the gallery would benefit this second group, but... I think I can safely say that that second group is in the minority.
