Agent 4 Palette

One of the palettes is listed as corresponding to Agent 4, even though the icon shown is the logo for Cuttlegear. Was this a mistake?

In a Japanese promotional clip the palette is listed as belonging to "4号" (Agent 4); it's unknown why the Cuttlegear icon is used for them, but that's what's shown in the clip which is the only information on the topic we have at this time. Do note the source attached to the entry on the page. Yoshifan52 (talk) 04:24, 20 February 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Main Ink Coverage on Murch's Palette

The Range-tone color chips page notes a unique scaling curve for Main Ink Coverage corresponding to the Order Blaster, though this page appears to indicate that Main Ink Coverage chips are not able to appear in Blaster runs. Knockback chips are similarly excluded from Blaster's pool since its function is wholly covered by Explosion Knockback instead, and Main Ink Coverage's purpose would likewise be covered by the Splash Radius chip, but the pre-detonation ink trail might still conceivably have reason to be scaled by Main Ink Coverage instead of Splash Radius, so I wanted to know if an error exists in one of these two pages or if the Blaster does indeed have its own scaling curve for Main Ink Coverage that simply goes unused. I had a check of the details from something, and the Order Blaster doesn't have Main Ink Coverage. LatiusAuro (talk) 05:38, 11 March 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]
This was indeed a mistake which has been fixed.   Perfectionist   (talk) 20:36, 11 March 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Chip Samples

As I've mentioned before, the color chips have samples I've recognized coming from some songs in Octo Expansion, such as drone chip B having the chanting from Nasty Majesty, mobility chip C as the clapping from Into the Light, and Range chip C from the station clear song. Could we discuss figuring out the samples here? Rozelia The Octo06 (talk) 00:30, 31 March 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]
