Important Update!

This template is used for important updates.
Usage
- Choose a color for the border. Input the HTML color code without the # prefix. The default color is red.
- Choose a color for the Inkipedia logo: light green, teal, red, purple, blue, or dark (black). The default color is red.
- Choose a title for the notice. The default title is "Important Update!"
- Choose a message for the notice. The default notice is "Please read this article regarding important Inkipedia updates."
