The Professor is character in the Splatoon story line that has never been seen in the actual games but we get glimpses of him in the Sunken Scroll #25.The picture depicts a human (possibly The Professor) standing next to their cat, Judd. The Professor created [Tartar] (The phone in Octo Expansion) an AI made by The Professor 12,000 years ago when the Sea levels started rising. In [Scroll 27], It shows Judd in a capsule while the Professor is saying, "Oh, my beloved Judd... It seems the day has finally come. This capsule is designed to remain cryogenically sealed for 10,000 years. Good-bye, my purrfect little kitty cat. May your meows echo through the ages". In Sunken Scroll #27 in Splatoon 2 this time, It shows a image of Lil' Judd. Sunken Scroll #27 also says "Oh, Judd. When your capsule opens in the future, you may find yourself alone. Should that be the case, I ask you to re-energize the capsule once again. Oh, dearest Judd, I only hope that you can forgive me for all I've put you through".
