As someone who also edits for Pikipedia (the Pikmin wiki), something that I learned there was to never use speculative names. Here's what Pikipedia's New Game Guide says: "When naming something you don't know, go for "Unknown red bird enemy", not the speculative "Winged Red Bulborb" or the cryptic "Unknown enemy 1"." And I consider this a golden rule in naming things with no official name.

As for the Returning Salmon Run tracks my reasoning is that since Splatoon 1 tracks that return in Splatoon 2 only appear in the Splatoon 1 section of the page, the Splatoon 2 Salmon Run tracks shouldn't also be in the Splatoon 3 section. (Example: Some Octo Valley Turquoise October songs reappear in Octo Canyon but they aren't listed in the Octo Canyon section of this page.)

So I'm just trying to be consistent with the rest of the wiki. If someone adds all the Splatoon 1 tracks that reappear in Splatoon 2 and all the Splatoon 2 tracks that reappear in Splatoon 3, I'll let other people decide if the edit should stay as the page would be fully consistent with itself.

Also I will die on the hill of keeping speculative names to a minimum. Anyways hope you have a good October. -[[User:Gulliblepikmin|Gulliblepikmin]]

Chaos Carnival and other music

Hi, I’ve noticed you changed Chaos Carnival to Event Wave theme in the music page. Yes, I agree Chaos Carnival is kinda conjectural, but it’s most commonly known as it and plus, fishing frenzy also exists so just “Event Wave” theme is not really a good name. Additionally, I’ve also noticed you removed deluge dirge and fishing frenzy. I’m wondering why as they are both in SRNW. Thanks, OrderSquid38 [Talk] 13:14, 1 October 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
