Notes:	Matches when a non-autoconfirmed user makes more than 3 edits to the same page in 600 seconds (10 minutes). Usually, when someone is doing that it's because they aren't using the preview button, and they are saving many edits just to see what the edit looks like. Therefore, a message is presented that asks the user to use the preview button. Log-only due to false positive Special:AbuseLog/1494.
