That sounds like a good idea!
It makes sense, really - the wiki is supposed to be an organised collection of information, not a lump of random facts.
It also makes reading pages easier.
I think this policy has already been enacted on most wikis, so we're probably overdue.

Just one thing. There should be some guidelines for trivia in the policy.
