Template:Competitive Template:Infobox tournament S&F Random Restrictions was a Splatoon online tournament held on January 30th, 2016.[1] The tournament was unique in that it featured a set of restrictions among teams allowing for interesting match-ups and use of weapons not often seen in tournaments.
It was the third tournament in the S&F tournament series.

This tournament featured a set of restrictions, 4 of which were randomly selected at each round. These restrictions were to be taken into account by teams when selecting their weapons/gear for that round. The restrictions were generated at the start of each round. In the event of contradicting restrictions, some were re-rolled.
Restrictions list:
- Weapon with a beakon.
- Weapon with a kraken.
- Weapon with bomb rush.
- Long-range blaster (ranged blaster, rapid blaster, and rapid blaster pro).
- Short-ranged shooter (sploosh-o-matic, splash-o-matic, splattershot Jr., aerospray).
- Long-range charger, scoped or unscoped (Vanilla, Kelp, E3k, CE3k).
- Brush weapon.
- Weapon with a disruptor.
- Weapon with inkstrike.
- Weapon with ink mines.
- Slosher weapon.
- Dynamo roller (either variant).
- H-3 Nozzlenose (either variant).
- Bamboozler (either variant).
- Squiffer (either variant).
- Aerospray RG.
- x2 multiplier to one of the options.
- x4 multiplier to one option of the TOs choice.
- Weapon with seekers.
- Any gal weapon.
- Hydra splatling (either variant).
- Sploosh-o-matic (either variant).
- Free pick (any weapon unaffected by the other three restrictions).
- TO's choice (TO persoanlly picks one of the restrictions).
- Tentatek splattershot, regular .52 gal, .96 gal deco, E-liter (either variant), Dynamo roller (either varient), Luna blaster neo (Aka Meta pick).
- No Echolocater for the entire team.
- Entire team must wear haunt gear.
- No Cold Blooded for the entire team.
- No invulnerable specials (bubble/kraken) for the entire team.
