The band name Hightide Era refers to both the full and brimming nature of the group’s sound and also the ecological realities of the world they live in. Let’s not worry too much about whether Inklings actually understand English or not, ‘kay? Kay.

Hightide Era is a three-person piano rock band. Their songs, including "Hooked", were added in Splatoon's August Update.

Songs

Hightide Era's songs include "Hooked" and "Totakeke". Both can be heard during battles.

Trivia

  • The song "Totakeke" could be a reference to the Animal Crossing series, as the word Totakeke is the Japanese name for the character K.K. Slider.
