Master Mega is Shiver's megalodon in Return of the Mammalians. Shiver will ride on his back until enough damage is dealt. Master Mega has a respawn anchored on him when Shiver is splatted. When Master Mega has taken enough damage, his eyes will change to having a x instead of his regular eyes.
