The Coworkers are non-player Inklings only found in Grizzco industries training. The inklings both have Hippie hairstyle and a Splattershot. The first inkling has a Golden Egg in front of them and periodically sends the up message, which can be "This way!" or by splatting the inkling, "Ouch!" by pushing the coworker into the nearby water.
Once you have the egg the inkling sends: "Booyah!" and super jumps away. A short time later the second inkling spawns in a life preserver and periodically sends: "Help!" Once reviving them they also send "Booyah!" and Mr. Grizz tells you how to rally your coworkers or ask them for help, then the inkling super jumps away.
These inklings are unique with have player data being able to send messages and super jump. The only other non-player to be able to do this is the Captain who says "Booyah!" when returning to Alterna after defeating the final boss. However technically once being a player used by you this is not out of the ordinary.
