Splatoon in links

You should make a change where it detects if the mention of the word Splatoon is in a link, because it makes it seem as if pages are clogged with 42 problems, when in reality, its just 4. -Agent 13 of the New Squidbeak Splatoon SSBU Octoling Octopus Spirit.png 12:54, 20 July 2019 (UTC)

A couple of questions

  • Can this be used for custom JavaScript skins without affecting the entire wiki?
  • Can it be used with other MediaWiki editing interfaces?

Thanks! Nyargleblargle.pngNyargleblargle (Contribs) 18:11, 23 November 2015 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Splatoon 2 detection

Currently running the "check for problems" will find a problem with every mention of Splatoon 2, because it ignores the 2 and says the Splatoon part isn't in italics. Heddy (talk) 17:55, 27 August 2017 (UTC)Reply[reply]

If this isn't going to be updated (last update 2015??) as new games come out and as the wiki's needs and policies change, it should be removed from the editing interface. Heddy (talk) 00:07, 3 November 2017 (UTC)Reply[reply]
I'm so sorry! I've never received any notification about this! I will fix the Splatoon 2 problem and make other changes really soon. – EspyoT 09:12, 3 November 2017 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Italicise Glitch

,when I type in the code [[Splatoon 3|''Splatoon 3'']] as a link to the Splatoon 3 page reading Splatoon 3, the check for problems button tells me to italicise the first Splatoon 3, the one that tells the page what page to go to. 1Sebeastian (talk) 16:08, 17 March 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Not Espyo, but what you should do instead is do ''[[Splatoon 3]]''. Trig - 16:20, 17 March 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]
When I do that, it looks like this: Splatoon 3' . 1Sebeastian (talk) 01:02, 18 March 2023 (UTC)Reply[reply]
