Answers

The easiest way to create a page is to type the name of the page you want to create in the search bar and press enter. At the top will be a line that says Create the page blah blah blah on this wiki! Click it, and go from there.

As for Barnsquids, users can award them to other users according to the criteria. They are handed out by other users, no bots or anything, so if you for example, make 10 mainspace edits and no one comes along to give you one, feel free to insert it yourself. Barnsquids don't do anything other than look pretty, the whole Barnsquid thing is kinda abandoned, the last ones were added early 2016.

And yeah, I know you asked for the answers on your userpage, but I don't want to edit other people's user pages, even with permission.
