New Heavy Edit Splatling

As shown in the promo video, we know that the Heavy Edit Splatling is from Nouveau. Does that mean it would be safe to create a page for the new one, being the Heavy Edit Splatling Nouveau? Orr would it be incorrect to do so, as it's only speculation? Because if we can do it for Nouveau, doesn't that mean we could do it for the other two unknown weapons? Or is there some sort of policy against this? Sorry; a lot of questions, but I'm sort of confused. If anyone knows, tell me! Lastly, don't forget to Stay Fresh!
