Version 4.1.0 is an upcoming update to Splatoon 2 that will be released in early October.
New content
Weapons
Kensa Collection #2 will be released. The set will include new sub and special weapons.
A new bomb-type sub weapon was shown.
Two new special weapons were shown. They will be included in weapon sets in version 4.1.0 or later.
Music
One new track was used for the version 4 trailer, and new BGM has been confirmed by SplatoonJP.[1]
Stages
A new stage, said to be the final stage to be added to the game,[2] will be available with version 4.1.0.
