Should we add strategies on how to beat the phases with the description? The reader might not be able to find a way to defeat Inner Agent 3 themselves, and they might not be able to watch YouTube to get advice. It was super hard to do it all myself and make strategies of my own to defeat him. I just got the [[Golden Toothpick]] last Sunday, and I worked more than a month on it. (inkluding weekdays) The reader might not have that much time though. "without skipping the final level." I skipped the final level, and I still got the locker opened! Can someone fix this? -

Hmm...I don't have OE, but I thought that you couldn't skip the last level to unlock IA3, but I could be wrong. Are you sure you skipped the level the page was talking about? --Su

Umm... let me review the video footage of me playing the whole Octo Expansion… Yep! there it is! I skipped it and still have the Golden Toothpick right now. Maybe you have to beat at least one of the escape phases (which I did) to open it as well as beating all 80 levels (which I also did!) to open it? -
