It can be purchased from Shella Fresh for File:3,000 Icon Cash.png or from SplatNet 2 for File:6,000 Icon Cash.png.

Appearance

The Snow Delta Straps are white strap on sandals, with gray on the inside of the straps and on the tongue. The sole of the shoes appear to be thick rubber, and imprinted with a sharp wave pattern. On the main strap by the heel, there is a red tag.
