Also, another thing: this page says "the Grayscaling", which I'm pretty sure is incorrect and is not used in-game to my knowledge. {{User:Magewalrus!0/Sig}}  20:58, 3 April 2024 (UTC) {{User:Magewalrus!0/Sig}}  20:58, 3 April 2024 (UTC)

:Yes, I do not think it's correct to call it “The Grayscaling" because it's not an event, virus, or anything of the matter. Just like how it's not called the splatting, it's just splatting. I think we should just call it Grayscaling. It's the simplest and just works. I think the capital is a just to be safe, and the italics and quotes seem unnecessary to me. If you want, I can do the edits for you, or not if you prefer. Anyways, Stay Fresh! {{User:NewSquidbeakSplatoon/Sig}} 21:20, 3 April 2024 (UTC)

Formatting

Okay, we need to figure out how to format Grayscaling.

I've seen Grayscaling, "Grayscaling", Grayscaling, "grayscaling", grayscaling, etc. In-game, I don't think it's ever uncapitalized, but Marina Agitando calls it Grayscaling (no quotes) and Marina calls it "Grayscaling" (yes quotes). I personally think we should go for no quotes.

Also, another thing: this page says "the Grayscaling", which I'm pretty sure is incorrect and is not used in-game to my knowledge. Walrus(talk) 20:58, 3 April 2024 (UTC) Walrus(talk) 20:58, 3 April 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Overlorder also refers to it as Grayscaling (capitalized, no quotation marks) so that is the correct format for the word. OrderSquid38 [Talk] 23:00, 3 April 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]
