Splatoon 2 recommended abilities
After taking another look at ability builds for this weapon on Sendou.ink[1], I realized that my initial recommendation of Ink Saver (Sub), which I based off of some of the builds used in the Splatoon 2 World Championship 2019, is not popular among top players today. The only ability that I see consistently on most submitted builds is Main Power Up due to the 33.3 damage with 31 ability points (and the decent 30 damage with 10 APs). However, I feel that the Neo Splash-o-matic is neither as one-dimensional nor as ability-dependent as the Kensa Splattershot Pro and does not have to be restricted to just a triple MPU as much as the K-Pro currently is.
