Species of the character on the right?

Should it be added that the character on the right might presumably be a Sea Cucumber? They share several characteristics. -Random 13:11, 30 May 2023 (UTC)

They might, i personally think they might be some sort of turnicate or maybe even a barnacle because their hands kind of look like the feelers. I dunno though. What characteristics do they share? The style of the mouth, lack of eyes (it looks like they're just wearing glasses to improvise), arms/hands, etc etc. Someone made a connection to the two and they look very similar. -Random 14:11, 30 May 2023 (UTC)

Martin's species (confident)

There is a squid species shown in the HaikaraWalker magazine that looks extremely similar to Martin wherein it is called medamahouzukiika in hiragana although you can also ideally search up about it in katakana.

Actually, looking into it, and I think Taonius borealis might be an even closer match? Not only does it have the same big eyes and tentacles, but it also has the same orange coloration Martin has. There's a few deep sea squids which have that face, this one just seems like the closest match to me! WayslideCool (talk) 15:46, 27 December 2023 (UTC)
