im tons-of-ducks, welcome to my page. pull up a chair.

the reason im here is because i get angry whenever i see something misspelled and i have the urge to translate things from japanese into english if they aren't already. also im hyped for s3.

other games i like include TF2 (bonk), Hollow Knight (currently putting off like 5 boss fights), Ori (started replaying Will of The Wisps but forgot to finish), and Pikuniku (pikuniku means either picnic or pink meat. either one makes sense)

how i got into splatoon:

i dont remember a lot but i got into around 6-7 years ago, back in ye olde splatoon 1 days (cries). anyway, i got hyperfixated on it and then forgot about it a couple years later. i never really thought about it after that. a few years later (a year-ish ago) i was on youtube going through my recommended, when i saw the s3 announcement trailer. i thought "hey i used to be into it, didnt realize they were makin a third one" and the hyperfixation came back for revenge

and now im here, checking for punctuation and grammar and spelling and all that jazz in random articles that no one ever looks at. it's fun though

things i like about splatoon:

• i like lore a lot in case you didnt already read that
• my favorite octo canyon level is the octopark and my favorite octo expansion station is gnarly rails station
• favorite bands are dedf1sh, off the hook, and diss-pair (if diss-pair arent the sploon 3 idols im going to cry) _{(no seriously i just might please nintendo)}
• i stand by the opinion that pearl has a really cute design, if you dont like her... just why
• cute cephalopods

things about me:

• im on the autism spectrum
• my favorite / comfort food is cookie dough ice cream
• i know english (native) and japanese (my parents forced me to learn it)

never participated in any splatfests (never had S1, didnt get S2 until 2022) but if i did participate, these would be my choices. i was going to make a separate page for this, but inkipedia wouldnt let me. said something about an error. eh whatever

  Team Flight: seems more useful, as much as i wanna go into a store and steal all the food. plus with flight, you dont have to use cars, and i dont have a driver's license yet soooooo

  Team Vampire: vampires are more terrifying than werewolves. also they're probably easier to splat (i dunno if i can say the other thing here)

• 

  Team Sci-Fi: i mostly read historical fiction, but i like sci-fi better cus of the technology n stuff.

  Neutral: both suck and sound extremely itchy. as a person with sensory issues, i hate itchy things. though the icon for team sweater is adorable.

• 

  Team Comedy: i like the comedy genre better than the action one. except for scenes where the main character gets embarrassed.

  Team Love: i feel like if we didnt make fun of each other for things we cant control, we could achieve more. also i want a relationship

• 

  Team Egg: what Marina said about evolution over the course of generations makes sense to me. the egg probably came first. but why do we care???

  Team Friend: i'd probably hang out with my friends. but i dunno, i havent moved out of my parent's place yet. also pearl and marina's alt color schemes are rad.

  Team Pancake: pancakes are yummier somehow. and waffle irons are hard to clean. and what marina said about pancakes being scared of toppings isnt true >:(

  Team Knight: i want a giant sword to stab people with, that sounds awesome (that made me sound like a 5-year-old...)

  Team Hare: "slow and steady wins the race" isn't true when it comes to actual races. just go as fast as you can, you'll probably be fine. probably.

  Team Teleportation: teleportation sounds more convenient. no time paradoxes for me, thanks

  Team Book: whenever i watch TV my entire family wants to watch with me. when i read books i dont have to share it with anyone. (The BFG will always be my favorite)
