Version 5.0.1 is an update for Splatoon 2 that is due to be released around 10 October 2019.[1]
Fixes and adjustments
- Fixes an issue that causes a player using the Ultra Stamp to move forward only on the first swing when the Ultra Stamp is swung continuously in the air. It is intended to prevent shortcuts on stages from being used.
- Because of that issue, on Starfish Mainstage, it is possible to enter a place that was not intended to be possible to enter.[2]
