Grillers are Boss Salmonids that appear in Salmon Run in Splatoon 2.

Giant barbeque grill-like Salmonids covered in armor, they move along a path while ink falls beneath their slim bodies, similar to Flooders. In order to destroy a Griller, players must attack its exposed tails. Anywhere else, and the overgrown fish takes no damage. If an Inkling runs into its ink, it's an instant splat. Grillers are fast and unpredictable, so players have to be careful and wary of the Salmonoid. Grillers will sometimes stop moving and start spinning around, with three new tails popping out. The Inkings should use this chance to splat the Griller.
