Localization

Inclusion of fan modes

Personally, I am against the mention of fan modes in this article, since it's nothing to do with Splatoon. They're in the sidebar and that's as far as they should go in my opinion. (revision) () 16:20, 10 January 2016 (UTC)

Unreleased

I just noticed that the 2 videos of the unreleased modes in Splatoon 2 are no longer available to watch. Why is that and is there a way to fix it?--YOLO2020 (talk) 14:46, 23 March 2021 (UTC)

There is no way to fix it. Those videos have been blocked because they are a breach of copyright. Any other mean of accessing them would most likely be illegal. Sorry. User:Eminence/Sig3 15:21, 23 March 2021 (UTC)

Shadow Mode

I had this cool idea for a mode, so here we are.

Shadow Mode!!!

Basically Turf War but…

AI black ink versions of yourself fight you!!! Cool things about this: Same clothing, Splashtag, and weapon as you(no badges and all things are slightly darkened) Uses black ink. If you clear enough battles, you can unlock a “Dark’ mode. It allows you to darken your Splashtag just like the Shadows’ Splashtag.

Priorities of the AI(listed first to last) Ink turf. Splat the player the Shadow was copied from. Splat any other player.

Midnight Mode! A harder version of Shadow Mode. All Shadows have all Damage Up Abilities + Damage Resistance. Shadow Special: Darker Squid. Is like the Big Man boss fight where as the Shadow that uses it goes into the ink, rushes forward like Reefslider, and explodes in a twister(It’s as devastating as it sounds).

Other: Special badges and Splashtags for this mode are available. Different badges are also available for Midnight Mode. AI for the Shadows would be a slightly “ramped up” version of the Octolings’ AI. Music for Shadow Mode would be remixed versions(made by musician Dragon Fresh*)of the normal battle music.

”*Dragon Fresh” is a rewording of “dragon fish”, a deep-sea animal that, hence the darkness, lives in the dark. Ink Me Up! (talk) 12:48, 13 October 2022 (UTC)
