Armor or armour (officially known as Aragonite Armor) is a protective collectible in Splatoon's Octo Valley. The armor is automatically worn by Agent 3 (the player) when picked up.
Description
Armor comes in a small briefcase-like collectible on single-player Octo Valley missions.
Use
Armor prevents Octarian attacks from splatting Agent 3. If Agent 3 takes enough damage that would otherwise splat them, an Armor piece breaks instead, and they are cannot be damaged for a short time after the break, shown by a flashing effect. However, Armor provides no protection against falling into water or out-of-bounds, and will cause Agent 3 to respawn with no Armor.
Having it on at the end of an mission awards a bonus of 10 Power Eggs. This bonus does not change based on the number of pieces worn; it is always 10.
Tiers
