Barry C. is Hotlantis's store owner. He is mentioned in Sunken Scroll 17 in Splatoon 3.

Barry left instructions for Harmony, telling her to give Splashtag badges to loyal customers.

Not much is known about Barry except he is the owner of Hotlantis, possibly friends with Harmony, and he has a social media page as seen on Sunken Scroll 17.

Trivia

• Barry C. is based on "barracuda". Alongside the avatar for Barry, this strongly suggests that he actually is a barracuda.
  • Barracuda are predatory fish known for their aggressive behavior. Ironically, this in stark contrast to Barry's mannerisms shown in the Sunken Scroll and Harmony's dialogue about him.
