The Black Pipe Tee is a clothing item in Splatoon. It is produced by the KOG clothing brand, comes with the main ability Special Saver, and has a 1-star rarity.

It can be purchased from Jelly Fresh for 800 cash.

Appearance

The Black Pipe Tee is a short-sleeved dark gray shirt with two green pipes on the front and two rows of small, pixelated versions of Mario's head in between as a minor easter egg. Unlike many other short-sleeved shirts, it lacks the usual tag at the hem. At the lower back are two more green pipes, with some very small white text between them. As it is made to be identical to a real life shirt, it is one of the few items in Splatoon to have English text on it.

Abilities

The Black Pipe Tee comes with Special Saver as a main ability. As a 1-star item, it also has one slot for a secondary ability. Since the KOG brand does not change the likelihood of any secondary abilities, they all have an equal chance.
