Grizzco Industries is a company, run by Mr. Grizz, in Splatoon 2 that recruits Inklings to participate in Salmon Runs. Inklings collect Golden Eggs in return for other rewards.

Name Origin

Grizzco is a portmanteau of grizzly, as in grizzly bear, and Co. for company.
