The Splatoon 2 World Championship 2019 is a Splatoon 2 tournament that will take place at E3 2019.
Qualifiers
One team was chosen to represent each of the four regions at the World Championship: North America, Europe, Japan, and Australia/New Zealand. Each through their own regional tournament.
North America
FTWin won the Splatoon 2 North America Inkling Open 2019 at PAX East and will represent North America in the World Championship.
Europe
France's Alliance Rogue won the Splatoon 2 European Championship 2018-2019 over Europe's previous champions, the Backsquids. Alliance Rogue will represent Europe in the World Championship.
Japan
GGBoyz won the Splatoon World Championship 2018 and will represent Japan.
Australia
Lime Soda won the Splatoon 2 Australasian Open 2019 and will represent Australia and New Zealand in the World Championship.
