Welcome to Inkipedia, 6-Frisk!

We're glad you decided to create an account and join us at the free, editable encyclopedia all about the Splatoon series! You are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand our coverage of the series. Here are some things to keep in mind while editing:
  • Create your user page, your own personal space to introduce yourself!
  • The Ink Pump is the place to discuss wiki-wide things, including ideas, proposals, and questions.
  • Come join us on Discord to chat or play Splatoon!
  • Sign any comments you make on discussion or talk pages using four tildes (~~~~).
  • Visit the recent changes to see all the latest edits.
  • If you need help using and editing the wiki, MediaWiki Help is a good place to start.
  • If you ever have any questions, don't hesitate to ask any other editors or staff members - they don't bite!

Again, welcome, and we're glad you're joining us! Sincerely, WoomyMcBoomy 22:26, 24 March 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Moving discussions

Please don't move discussions off another users talk page. It is perfectly acceptable to continue a discussion on a different talk page than where it started. Please do not do this in the future. Thanks! EminenceTalk 20:17, 10 April 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Oh, okay, understood! On another wiki where I'm active, the directive is to keep a conversation on the same page, so I applied it to here as well without realizing it wasn't in Inkipedia's policy. I'll remember next time!

Also, there is no need to put your sig on a separate line. You can just type ~~~~ right after your comment. Thanks! EminenceTalk 20:52, 10 April 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Ah, is it not allowed to put the signature on a new line? Sorry if that's the case. I just think it looks better when it's not cut in two by a line break, and it's less likely to be cut if it's on a new line. If that's not allowed, my apologies and I won't do it again.

It's not that putting the signature on a new line isn't allowed, it's just not conventional. EminenceTalk 21:07, 10 April 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]

wow

Hello from the fanbase! I think that you are really cool and I actually share some of your interests.

Thank you so much for displaying Template:TableturfSpaces in diamonds instead of squares

They look SO much better, and I can't remember the last time that seeing something on Inkipedia spread a grin across my face! Lapsem (talk) 20:02, 17 October 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

daghjdgazh thank you, I'm glad you like it!! Someone on the Discord pointed out they looked weird, and it turns out they were inheriting stuff from Timeless' CSS — which is also why there was that whitespace you couldn't get rid of btw, it was Vector's CSS giving margins to every <p> tag (aka, like, all the plain text on the wiki). Because we didn't know that yet, they asked if we could use background images, which I took as a challenge to figure it out in CSS anyway... And here we are now haha

I never could figure out CSS, so it's a good thing that you did.
Something else that merits pointing out is that my version looked like crap on mobile, which is another big plus towards your redesign. Lapsem (talk) 23:04, 17 October 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Copying something?

Is it alright if I copy your Agent 8 user tag? Also, it's kinda nice to see another ace enby around here. :) ArivakiVA 18:45, 10 November 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Oh absolutely, go ahead! Two other users already did it, haha x) also, ayyy >:D
