Private Job is a multiplayer mode in Splatoon 3. Private Jobs allow 2-4 players to participate in customized Salmon Run Next Wave matches. It was made available in Splatoon 3 in 2.0.0. Similar to Private Battles, Private Job shifts do not affect player rank, nor do they grant rewards.

Job scenarios

Job scenarios were added in 2.0.0 contain the weapons, Boss and lesser Salmonid spawns, Wave types, and Hazard Level data of a single shift played in Freelance mode, allowing players to replay the exact same shift through Private Jobs. Players can save Job Scenarios via the Grizzco Terminal, which displays up to 50 previous jobs at a time. Scenarios from events, such as Big Run or Eggstra Work, cannot be saved. Scenarios from older versions of the game may become incompatible.

The player's highest Golden Egg score for a saved job scenario is visible in the Match Menu as well as the Terminal.
