Blowfish Bell Hat
The Blowfish Bell Hat(NA)[a] or Fugu Bell Hat(EU/OC)[b] is a type of headgear in Splatoon. It is a 1-star item produced by Firefin and comes with the main ability Ink Recovery Up.
It can be purchased from Cooler Heads for 700 cash.
Appearance
The Blowfish Bell Hat is a simple, bell-shaped hat with a soft-looking and somewhat grainy texture. It changes color to match that of the wearer's ink and has a tiny, black and white version of the Firefin logo on the front.
Abilities
The Blowfish Bell Hat comes with Ink Recovery Up as a main ability. As a 1-star item, it also has one slot for a secondary ability. Since it is made by the Firefin brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Ink Saver (Sub) and a lower chance of rolling Ink Recovery Up.
