Bomb Range Up makes bombs, Point Sensors and Disruptors travel farther when thrown. The visible arc shown when tossing these weapons is noticeably extended. It is possible to increase a player's bomb range to be longer than an opponent's weapon range.
In-Depth Ability
The Bomb Range Up ability allows players to throw Splat Bombs, Burst Bombs, Suction Bombs, Point Sensors and Disruptors up to 50% farther. The green, dashed arc shown when tossing these Sub Weapons is visibly longer, allowing players to toss these weapons impressive distances. Sometimes players can toss these weapons at greater distances than their your opponents can shoot. This allows them to stand just outside their opponents' range while retaliating with bombs.
Use
Bomb Range Up is a stackable ability, meaning that its effects can be increased with multiple gear slots filled with it. By using Bomb Range Up, players are able to throw throwable Sub Weapons and Bomb Rush ammunition farther.
Gear
The following Gear items have Bomb Range Up as their main ability. There is no Brand that modifies the likelihood of rolling Bomb Range Up as a sub-ability.
