The Mountain Vest(NA)[a], or Mountain Gilet(EU/OC)[b], is clothing in Splatoon. It is a 3-star item produced by the Inkline brand and comes with the main ability, Swim Speed Up.
It can be purchased from Jelly Fresh for 11,000 cash.
Appearance
The Mountain Vest consists of a purple down vest and the blue plaid button-down shirt worn underneath. The vest has three white buttons and has sections of light and dark gray toward the top. The bottom of the plaid shirt pokes out loosely from beneath the vest.
Abilities
The Mountain Vest comes with Swim Speed Up as a main ability. As a 3-star item, it also has three slots for secondary abilities. Since it is made by the Inkline brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Defense Up and a lower chance of rolling Damage Up.
