Staff at Crab-N-Go serving inklings.

Staff are denizens of Splatsville that appear in Splatoon 3. They can be seen around the town as well as in the Battle Lobby in various locations, such as managing the Crab-N-Go, acting as the Recon Guide for stage recon, as well as managing a table for the Tableturf Battle Dojo. Staff are a more general characters that do not seem distinct from each other aside from work location and uniform.

Trivia

Staff resemble coldfish, with notable similarities between the top of their head and the Pearlscale goldfish.
