I don't mean to be rude, but it's on the cover of the 13th book. He also wears a hat there (I'm pretty sure it's the Treasure Hunter) but he wears it more on his tentacles than on his head. Cherry [Talk] 18:19, 22 March 2021 (UTC)

Goggles in Art of Splatoon 2???
