The Legendary Cap is a type of headgear in Splatoon. It is a 3-star item produced by Cuttlegear and comes with the main ability Damage Up.
This item cannot be purchased. Instead, it is a reward from Judd for reaching Level 50.
Appearance
The Legendary Cap is Cap'n Cuttlefish's peaked cap. It is made of somewhat worn blue fabric with a lighter blue patch sewn onto the top. The visor is a slightly darker blue, and it and the band are lined with a dull gold color. The insignia is the Cuttlegear logo in the same dull gold on a circle of dark blue. Since Cap'n Cuttlefish's version of the hat has a hole in the back for his tentacles, the Legendary Cap may have it as well.
Abilities
The Legendary Cap comes with Damage Up as a main ability. As a 3-star item, it also has three slots for secondary abilities. Since the Cuttlegear brand does not change the likelihood of any secondary abilities, they all have an equal chance.
