The Blue Sea Slugs are a type of shoes in Splatoon. They are a 1-star item produced by the Tentatek brand and come with the main ability Special Charge Up.

They can be purchased from Shrimp Kicks for 800 Cash.

Abilities

The Blue Sea Slugs come with Special Charge Up as a main ability. As a 1-star item, they also have one slot for a secondary ability. Since they are made by the Tentatek brand, they have a higher chance of rolling Ink Recovery Up and a lower chance of rolling Quick Super Jump.

Trivia

• The Blue Sea Slugs were present in Splatoon before being added as gear in Version 2.3.0. They were seen in two instances: in an advertisement in Arowana Mall, and on Crusty Sean's second-highest pair of legs. They were also found in the files of the game before Version 2.3.0.
  • Out of Crusty Sean's four pairs of shoes, the Blue Sea Slugs and the Pink Trainers are the only ones that correspond to an item available to players.
