Promo for the Splatfest Top 100.

Splatfest Power is a feature introduced in Version 2.6.0 that replaces the Vibe meter during Splatfest.

Description

• During Splatfests what was previously the Vibe Meter will now display your Splatfest Power.
  • Initial Splatfest Power level depends upon your current Ranked Battle rank.
  • Splatfest Power level will change depending on wins or losses during Splatfest Battles.
  • The player with the highest Splatfest Power on the winning team will receive a slightly larger boost to their Splatfest Power than their teammates after the match.
  • At the end of a match, your team is ranked according to your current Splatfest Power level.
• Until now, Splatfest matchmaking favored grouping players with similar play styles. Players will now be more likely to play with those of similar Splatfest Power level.
• The higher a team’s average Splatfest Power level, the more Splatfest Points they will earn after winning.

At the top left corner of the box showing the player's Splatfest Power is a pair of eyes representing the Squid Sister they have sided with: players on Callie's team see scowling eyes, and those on Marie's team see more laid-back eyes. Both versions have their signature pupils, but with a dark red color instead of the usual gold.

Splatfest Top 100

For each Splatfest, 100 players on each team with the highest Splatfest Power will be featured in the Splatfest Top 100. This equates to 200 players in total, with 100 from each side. On Splatnet, the player is able to see the Splatfest Power ranking of their friends, and those currently in the Splatfest Top 100 have a small trophy next to their name. The full 200-player rankings are not available on Splatnet but will be posted online once the event has ended. For North American Splatfests they are at Live from Squid Research Lab and for Japan they are on the official Splatoon website. Information has not been released about the Splatfest Top 100 for Europe and Oceania.
