Splatoon Turf Quiz
Splatoon Turf Quiz (Splatoon ナワバリバトル nawabari ikuizu in Japaense) is a video series by Nintendo on Japan's JR East trains.
In the Splatoon Turf Quiz, three characters battle it out in a three-way turf war for the correct answer to a marine life trivia question. The three-way battle is reminiscent of the new "Tricolor Turf War" mode in Splatoon 3. As in the Turf War ruleset, the character with the most paint wins the game, and the judge Judd announces the correct answer at the end. The Splatoon Turf Quiz is updated every Monday and are quick features meant to keep commuters entertained for a bit.
Scenario
The video starts with yellow Inkling swiming in ink joined by the purple Octoling and the teal Inkling coming out of the ink together aiming their weapons to the front with the logo of the quiz popping in. The characters hold the Tri-Stringer, .96 Gal and Dynamo Roller respectively.
Next the question is shown for about 10 seconds and then the three-way turf war begins. The stage resembles the layout of Eeltail Alley without any textures. There are animations, still photos, and top-view camera at the action of the battle.
Then the 3,2,1 numbers and "Finish!" cross lines appear, the camera switches to top-view and Judd declares which character painted the most and won the three-way turf war. The winner corresponds to the correct answer to the quesiton.
Lastly, the full correct answer is shown.

- Nintendo has used public transport to promote its games. Previously, the company also released a series of "60 Second Challenge! Save Luigi!!" videos, which feature animations of Mario trying to save Luigi from Bowser along with short trivia questions as well.
