Cold-Blooded.
It can be purchased from Lua error in Module:Shop at line 47: attempt to index field '?' (a nil value). for File:8,800 Icon Cash.png or from SplatNet 2 for File:13,200 Icon Cash.png.
Appearance
The Punk Blacks are solid black, laced leather boots. They come up to the wearer's calf and have thick soles.
Splatoon 2
Abilities
The Punk Blacks come with Cold-Blooded as a main ability when purchased from shops or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, this item can have any other Ability normally available to Shoes items.
As a 3-star item, it also has three slots for secondary abilities. Since it is made by the [[File:Rockenberg_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] brand, it has a higher chance of rolling 
Run Speed Up and a lower chance of rolling 
Swim Speed Up.
